With so much experience in global organisations, it's great to get back to the grass roots of small business.
Working with the small boutique Chatswood Pilates Studio, we've been looking at building their clinical referrals. It's a great exercise in knowing your audience and responding accordingly. We landed on a flyer to be placed in local physical therapist and doctors offices, the language and imagery were designed to further the clinical experience. Coupled with a personalised letter to the medical professional, along with an invitation to attend a pilates session, it is a respectful approach that inspires confidence and exudes professionalism.
